Hushfree XM creates a comfortable acoustic environment for two-person work, private conversations, and small meetings—face-to-face. A compact alternative to a small office or meeting room, the pod gives people a more focused place to connect, collaborate, or think creatively without the permanence of built construction.

Efficient ventilation and adjustable lighting support comfort and productivity inside the pod, while its acoustic performance helps protect conversations and reduce distraction from the surrounding environment. It’s a highly functional two-person setting that brings privacy, flexibility, and meeting-ready performance directly into the open floorplate.

Hushfree XM supports focused collaboration in a compact, meeting-ready acoustic environment for one to two people. Its features balance privacy, comfort, and flexibility, using integrated lighting, ventilation, power, and flexible furniture options to maintain comfort throughout conversations or creative sessions. The HushAssistant module gives users control over lighting intensity and ventilation, and an occupancy sensor supports responsive operation. Integrated casters allow the pod to be adjusted within the floorplate as needs change, making Hushfree XM a flexible alternative to a small office or two-person meeting room.

Sprinkler & Alarm Cutouts

Two sprinkler cutouts and two alarm cutouts provide straightforward integration points for sprinklers or audio alarms, supporting jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Premium Acoustics

Multi-layered acoustic materials and acoustically laminated glass provide more than 28 dB of sound level reduction, protecting speech privacy inside the pod while reducing outside noise.

Seismic Anchoring

Included anchoring points support installation in seismic zones, helping the pod meet location-specific planning and safety requirements.

Integrated Casters & Leveling Feet

Integrated casters make the pod easier to move into place, while adjustable leveling feet help ensure a stable, level installation even on uneven floors.

Four near-silent fans refresh the air inside the pod every 37 seconds, helping maintain a comfortable environment for focused work and small group collaboration.

HushAssistant

A central touchscreen allows users to adjust lighting and ventilation while also displaying the time. When connected to the internet, Hush Assistant can also support bookable spaces within an organization.

Flexible Furniture

Hushfree XM can be furnished with flexible, freestanding furniture that can be swapped in or out as work modes, team needs, or organizational priorities change over time.

Adjustable Lighting

User-adjustable overhead lighting allows occupants to fine-tune the pod environment, with light levels ranging from 300–700 lux and color temperature adjustable from 2200–6500 kelvin.
