DaVita

Location: Denver, Colorado
Design Partner: MOA Architects, Acquilano Leslie
Dealer Partner: Pear Workplace Solutions

DaVita’s global headquarters in Denver, known as Casa Vita, was conceived as a living system for well-being and change. After outgrowing its first tower, DaVita challenged the team to design a space that could flex for future growth while expressing its deeply human culture.

Using Haworth’s Integrated Palette™, the project brought together Enclose® demountable walls, Compose® systems furniture, and coordinated architectural elements into a unified, reconfigurable platform. Every component—private office, collaboration zone, and social hub—was designed to evolve as DaVita’s needs shift, maintaining aesthetic harmony across fourteen floors.

The result is a high-performance workplace that embodies DaVita’s mission of “giving life”: filled with daylight, adaptable by design, and built to support health, connection, and continuous change—without demolition or waste.
